Resolution rules
This market resolves to "Yes" if the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act of 2025 (H.R. 3633) is approved by both the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate, and is signed into law no later than December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET. If these conditions are not met by the deadline, the market resolves to "No". The primary resolution source will be the legislation tracker on Congress.gov, along with other official information published by the United States government. If necessary, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used to determine the outcome.
